      研究氮肥对普通油菜(扬油6 号)和高油分含量油菜(中双11 号、浙油50)产量、品质以及氮 肥利用率的影响。结果显示,扬油6 号、中双11 号和浙油50 等3 个品种不同氮肥处理油分含量平均值分别为 42.87%、47.37% 和48.28%,蛋白质含量平均值分别为24.15%、22.71% 和21.84%。增施氮肥扬油6 号氮素积 累量增加幅度高于中双11 号和浙油50 两个高油品种。扬油6 号籽粒蛋白质总量最高,浙油50 籽粒油分总量 最高。随着氮肥用量增加,不同油菜品种氮肥利用率各指标下降。普通油菜品种扬油6 号3 个施氮处理氮肥吸 收利用率平均值为68.70%,高于两个高油品种中双11 号和浙油50(平均值分别为65.06% 和60.30%);氮肥 农学利用率3 个施氮处理平均值也是扬油6 号最高,为8.97 kg/kg;而氮肥生理利用率两个高油品种中双11 号 和浙油50(平均值分别为13.03、13.84 kg/kg)高于扬油6 号(平均值为12.91 kg/kg);氮肥偏生产力3 个品 种差异较小。

      In this study,seed yield,quality and fertilizer-N use efficiency in rape( Brassica napus L.) were researched in normal oil content cultivar( Yangyou 6) and two high oil content cultivars( Zhongshuang 11 and Zheyou 50). Results showed that the average oil contents of all treatments in Yangyou 6,Zhongshuang 11 and Zheyou 50 were 42.87%,47.37% and 48.28%,respectively. The average protein contents of all treatments in Yangyou 6, Zhongshuang 11 and Zheyou 50 were 24.15%,22.71% and 21.84%,respectively. The increased ratio of total nitrogen accumulation amount in Yangyou 6 was higher than that in Zhongshuang 11 and Zheyou 50. Among level three cultivars,the total protein accumulation amount in Yangyou 6 was highest,and the total oil accumulation amount was highest in Zheyou 50. With nitrogen fertilization level increasing,different parameters of fertilizer-N use efficiency decreased. The average apparent N-use( ANU) in Yangyou 6 was 68.70%, which was higher than that in Zhongshuang 11 and Zheyou 50( 65.06% and 60.30%,respectively). The average agronomic N-efficiency( ANE) in Yangyou 6 was also the highest among the three cultivars,which was 8.97 ㎏ seed / ㎏ N. On the contrary,the average values of physiologic N-efficiency( PNE) in Zhongshuang 11 and Zheyou 50 were13.03 ㎏ seed/ ㎏ N and 13.84 ㎏ seed/ ㎏ N, respectively,which were higher than that in Yangyou 6( 12.91 ㎏ seed/㎏ N). Differences of partial factor productivity of applied N( PFP) were slight in three cultivars.
