褐飞虱、白叶枯病和稻瘟病是水稻生产中的主要病虫害,一旦发生会造成水稻大幅度减产。分子
标记辅助选择相对于传统育种,可大大缩短育种年限,提高育种效率。将多个抗性基因聚合到同一材料中,可
提高水稻对病虫害的综合抗性。总结了水稻主要抗病虫基因的研究和利用现状,综述了分子标记辅助选择在
水稻抗病虫育种方面的应用、研究进展及目前所面临的困难。 |
英文摘要: |
The rice yield decreases greatly because of the brown planthopper,bacterial blight or blast occur,
which are major pest and diseases in rice. The combination of marker-assisted selection with traditional breeding
technology could enhance breeding efficiency. The resistance against diseases and insect pests of rice could be improved
significantly when multiple resistance genes were pyramided to one material. The application,research progress and
difficulties of molecular marker-assisted selection in rice breeding were introduced . |
