对犏牛、牦牛睾丸组织中生长素(Ghrelin)与生长激素促分泌素受体(GHSR)基因 mRNA 表达水平进行研究。运用荧光定量PCR 方法,检测Ghrelin、GHSR 基因在犏牛、牦牛睾丸组织中mRNA 的表达水平差异,结果显示:在犏牛、牦牛睾丸组织中,Ghrelin 基因mRNA 相对表达量犏牛显著高于牦牛(分
别为0.8177±0.0225、0.4656±0.0222,P < 0.05);GHSR 基因mRNA 相对表达量也是犏牛显著高于牦牛(分别为0.8622±0.0347、0.4722±0.0761,P < 0.05)。相对于牦牛睾丸组织,犏牛睾丸组织中Ghrelin 与GHSR 基因mRNA 均高表达可能是犏牛雄性不育的原因之一。 |

The expression level of Ghrelin and growth hormone secretagogue receptor(GHSR) gene mRNA
tested respectively in testis of cattle-yak and yak by using fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction
(PCR). The results showed that Ghrelin mRNA expression level in cattle-yak testis was significantly higher than
that in yak( 0.8177±0.0225,0.4656±0.0222,P < 0.05). Similarly,GHSR mRNA expression level in cattleyak
testis was significantly higher than that in yak(0.8622±0.0347,0.4722±0.0761,P < 0.05). These results
indicated that both Ghrelin and GHSR mRNA expression level in cattle-yak testis was significantly higher than that in
yak,which was likely to be one of the reasons for male infertility of cattle-yak. |
