以3个牡丹品种乌龙捧盛、香玉、景玉为研究对象,采用Li-6400便携式光合测定仪分别测定
各品种的叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导率和胞间CO2浓度等光合参数,并测定光合- 光响应曲线、光
合-CO2响应曲线,测定叶绿素含量。结果表明,3个牡丹品种中乌龙捧盛的净光合速率、水分利用效率、光
能利用效率、叶绿素含量、最大羧化速率、最大电子传递速率、磷酸丙糖利用率均明显高于其他2个品种,
气孔限度值和暗呼吸速率则较低,且其光饱和点高、光补偿点低,说明乌龙捧盛的光合能力最强,对光照的
适应度较宽,适于该地区引种和种植。 |

The comparison of photosynthetic and physiological characteristics of different Paeonia suffruticosa
varieties were carried out using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system,including photosynthetic parameters such
as net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal rate and intercellular CO2 concentration and etc. The net
photosynthetic rate,light/CO2 response curves and the contents of chlorophyll were also researched. The results
showed that Wulongpengsheng had higher net photosynthetic rate,water use efficiency,light use efficiency,
chlorophyll content,maximum carboxylation rate,maximum electron transfer rate and triose phosphate utilization
rate compared with other two varieties. Whereas it had lower stomatal limit and dark respiration rate,and higher
light saturation point and lower light compensation point. This study pointed out that Wulongpengsheng was the
most appropriate P. suffruticosa varieties for introduction and planting in the local area,which have the highest
photosynthetic capacity and widest adaptability of the light. |
