      通过在拟南芥野生型Col-0和突变体sgt1b、eds1上接种橡胶树白粉菌Oidium heveae HN1106, 分析了白粉菌细胞进入率、叶片发病症状、菌丝生长状态、细胞死亡和活性氧产生等表型。结果表明,与野 生型Col-0相比,橡胶树白粉菌在拟南芥sgt1b上激发的早期抗病性、后期抗病性以及抗病反应部分降低, 暗示着SGT1在稳定识别橡胶树白粉菌的抗性蛋白方面发挥着非常重要的作用。
英文摘要:
      Oidium heveae is an obligate biotrophic pathogen which infects Hevea brasiliensis and causes powdery mildew disease of rubber trees. It has been reported that O. heveae HN1106 triggers the hypersensitive response in a manner that depends on the effector-triggered immunity proteins EDS1,PAD4,and RAR1 in the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana. As co-chaperones of HSP90,Arabidopsis RAR1 and SGT1 are required to stabilize some R proteins. However,it is still unknown whether SGT1 is involved in O. heveae triggered disease resistance in Arabidopsis. In this study,WT Col-0,sgt1b and eds1 mutants were inoculated with O. heveae HN1106,and the phenotypes of O. heveae cell entry ratio,plant disease symptoms,cell death,ROS production and O. heveae HN1106 hyphal growth were analyzed. These results indicated that SGT1 was required for O. heveae HN1106-triggered early stage and late stage disease resistance and defense responses.
