采用琼脂扩散法的牛津杯法,测定82 种中草药水提物对罗非鱼(Tilapia sp.)无乳链球菌
(Streptococcus agalactiae)的体外抑菌活性,并采用纸片法选择几种活性较强的中草药水提物对无乳链球
菌进行联合药敏试验。结果显示,黄连、五倍子、红藤、大蒜、北五味子、夏枯草、艾叶、苏木、三棵针、紫
苏、土槿皮、老鹤草、石榴皮、大黄、丹参、鱼腥草、虎杖、赤芍、车前草、田基黄20种中草药水提物对无乳
链球菌表现出明显的体外抑菌活性,其中黄连、五倍子的体外抑菌效果最显著;中草药联合药敏试验结果
表明,五倍子与大黄、艾叶、丹参、苏木、北五味子、红藤、石榴皮、虎杖、黄连表现为协同作用;黄连与大
黄、丹参、苏木、红藤表现为协同作用,与艾叶、北五味子、石榴皮表现为拮抗作用;三棵针与大黄、丹参、
苏木、红藤、石榴皮、黄连、夏枯草、五倍子表现为协同作用,与艾叶、北五味子、虎杖表现为拮抗作用。 |

The antimicrobial activities of 82 Chinese herb aqueous extracts against the pathogen of Streptococcus
from tilapia in vitro were screened by the agar Oxford plate diffusion system. Results demonstrated that 20 kinds of
Chinese herbs could effectively inhibit the growth of S. agalactiae,Coptis chinensis and Galla chinensis had the best
inhibitory effects. In the combined susceptibility test,disc agar diffusion was used to evaluate the combination effects
of 12 Chinese herb aqueous extracts in vitro against the pathogen of Streptococcus from tilapia. The results showed that
there was synergic effect for the combined inhibition of aqueous extracts from Galla chinensis and Rheum palmatum L.
or Artemisia argyi Levl. et Vant. or Salvia miltiorrhiza or Caesalpinia sappan or Schisandra chinensis or Sargentodoxa
cuneata or Punica granatum L. or Reynoutria japonica Houtt or Coptis chinensis ;synergic effect for Coptis chinensis
and Rheum palmatum L. or Salvia miltiorrhiza or Caesalpinia sappan or Sargentodoxa cuneata;synergic effect for
Berberis spp. and Rheum palmatum L. or Salvia miltiorrhiza or Caesalpinia sappan or Sargentodoxa cuneata or Punica granatum L. or Coptis chinensis or Prunella vulgaris Linn or Schisandra chinensis. But the effect of combination of
aqueous extracts was inhibitory interaction between Coptis chinensis and Artemisia argyi Levl. et Vant. or Schisandra
chinensis or Punica granatum L.,inhibitory interaction between Berberis spp. and Artemisia argyi Levl. et Vant.
or Schisandra chinensis or Reynoutria japonica Houtt. Combination of Galla chinensis and Prunella vulgaris Linn or
Berberis spp.,Coptis chinensis and Reynoutria japonica Houtt or Prunella vulgaris Linn or Galla chinensis or Berberis
spp. showed indifferent interactions. |
