      家庭农场在提高农业生产的集约化程度、解决土地撂荒问题方面具有重要意义。但家庭农场 在规模化经营过程中难以避免会呈现出显著的“非粮化”倾向,对这种“非粮化”种植行为的驱动力进 行分析,有利于家庭农场的发展,为制定有效的农业政策、确立合理补贴、保障粮食安全提供参考依据。 以四川省广汉市和重庆市荣昌区为例,运用分层随机抽样及二元Logistic 的分析方法,从家庭农场自身特 征、资源禀赋、经济因素、政策因素4 个方面对家庭农场土地利用中出现的“非粮化”种植行为的驱动 力进行分析。结果发现:农场主的受教育程度、耕地特征、机械投入、农地投入和农地产出是影响家庭农 场“非粮化”种植行为的主要因素。因此,在进一步促进土地流转的同时,须高度重视耕地流转后家庭 农场的“非粮化”种植现象,采取积极的调控对策,进一步优化粮食生产布局,稳定主要粮食作物的生 产面积。
英文摘要:
      Family farm has important significance to improve intensive agricultural production and solve the problem of land abandonment. But family farm in the scale of operation process is difficult to avoid a significant“ nongrain” tendency. To analyze the driving force of non-grain planting behavior, will be conducive to the development of family farm in the right direction, to provide references for formulating effective agricultural policies, establishing reasonable subsidies, ensuring food security. The research took Guanghan city, Sichuan province and Rongchang district Chongqing as examples, used stratified random sampling method and binary Logistic model, from the four aspects of family farm’s characteristics, resource endowments, economic factors, policy factors, analyzed the driving force of non-grain planting behavior in family farm. The results showed that the degree of farmers’ education, characteristics of cultivated field, mechanical input, farmland input and farmland output were the main factors influencing the non-grain cultivation of family farm. So,in the process of land transfer, we need to pay attention to the non-grain planting behavior, take positive countermeasures, to further optimize the grain production layout and stabilize the production area of main grain crops.
