      为降低上部烟叶中过高的烟碱含量,使用解淀粉芽孢杆菌T11、边缘假单胞菌和融合子A2 等 3 种不同菌液对烟株进行叶面喷洒和根灌处理,研究不同菌液、处理次数、处理方式对烟碱降解率、菌株 驻留时间及上部烟叶品质的影响。结果表明,根灌的处理方式不能达到降解烟叶中烟碱的目的,而使用菌 液进行3 次叶面喷洒后其降解烟碱的效果较好,解淀粉芽孢杆菌T11、边缘假单胞菌和融合子A2 的烟碱 降解率分别为17.7%、18.5%、25%,融合子A2 的降解烟碱的效果最佳;绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)示踪试验 中,使用菌液喷洒叶面后,菌株随着时间的推移会逐渐消亡;而处理后烟叶品质各化学成分含量在适当范 围内,上部烟叶品质有得到改善趋势。在菌液喷洒烟叶条件下,烟叶中的烟碱含量显著降低,上部烟叶品 质得到改善。

      In order to reduce the nicotine content in upper leaves of tobacco,two different treatment ways of foliar spraying and root irrigation were designed with Bacillus amyloliquefaciens T11,Pseudomonas marginalis and fusant A2. The effects of different bacterial fluid,treatment times and treatment methods on nicotine-degrading efficiency,strain residence time and the quality of tobacco upper leaves were studied. The results showed that root irrigation could not achieve the purpose of degrading nicotine in the tobacco upper leaves. And the degradation of nicotine was better than root irrigation after 3 times of foliar spraying. The degradation rates of nicotine by B. amyloliquefaciens T11,P. marginalis and fusant A2 were 17.7%,18.5% and 25%,respectively. The effect of fusant A2 on nicotine degradation was the best. In the GFP tracer experiment,the strains would gradually extinct after spraying bacteria liquid. After treatment,the quality of tobacco upper leaves was in the appropriate range, and there was an improved tendency to the quality of tobacco upper leaves. Therefore,under foliar spraying conditions,the nicotine content in tobacco upper leaves significantly decreased,and the quality of tobacco upper leaves was improved.
