比较了9 种阳离子、碳源、氮源和pH 值对烟草青枯菌生长的影响,结果表明,不同阳离子对
烟草青枯菌生长的影响具有差异,在1 mmol/L 浓度条件下,Ca2+、K+、Mg2+、Mn2+、Fe2+、Fe3+ 等离子间对
青枯菌生长影响差异较小,而与Cu2+、Al3+ 差异较大;在10 mmol/L 浓度条件下,Mn2+、Fe2+、Fe3+、Cu2+、
Al3+ 等离子显著抑制青枯菌生长;在30 mmol/L 浓度条件下,Ca2+、K+ 明显抑制青枯菌生长,而Mg2+ 在60
mmol/L 浓度下,仍青枯菌生长良好。此外,研究结果还表明,青枯菌生长最适宜的pH 值为7,最适宜的碳
源为蔗糖,最适宜的氮源为蛋白胨,硝态氮氮源不利于青枯菌生长。 |

Tobacco bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia solanacearum is a widespread and serious disease
in China and is difficult to control. Nutrition is the material basis of microbial metabolism and all life activities.
Analyzing the effects of nutrition elements on the growth of R. solanacearum is important for inhibiting the growth of
pathogenic bacteria through nutrition regulation measures so as to the bacterial wilt disease control. The growth of R.
solanacearum under nine kinds of cations,carbon source,nitrogen source and pH were compared in this study. The
results showed that R. solanacearum growth under different cations was different. Under the concentration of 1 mmol/L,
little influence of Ca2+,K+,Mg2+,Mn2+,Fe2+,Fe3+ were observed on R. solanacearum growth,and their effects were
different from Cu2+ and Al3+. Under the conditions of 10 mmol/L of Mn2+,Fe2+,Fe3+,Cu2+ and Al3+ respectively,
the R. solanacearum growth was inhibited significantly. When the concentration of Ca2+ and K+ was 30 mmol/L,the
R. solanacearum growth was inhibited,while the concentration of Mg2+ was 60 mmol/L,R. solanacearum grew well.
In addition,the results also showed that pH value 7,sucrose and peptone were the best for R. solanacearum growth.
Nitrate nitrogen source was against R. solanacearum growth. |
