      为进一步保护和利用惠阳胡须鸡遗传资源,监测保种场保种效果,随机采集96 只惠阳胡须公 鸡血样,提取总DNA,选用18 对微卫星标记进行PCR 扩增,并对其基因片段进行扫描,利用Pop Gen 32 软件分析扫描结果,结果表明,18 个微卫星标记在惠阳胡须鸡群中均表现出较高的多态性,平均等位基因 数为10.61 个,平均杂合度H 为0.5963,平均多态信息含量PIC 为0.74。说明惠阳胡须鸡保种群体具有丰 富的遗传多样性,具有较大的选育潜力。
英文摘要:
      In order to evaluate the status of genetic diversity in Huiyang Bearded chicken,blood from 96 male individuals was collected to extract DNA for amplifying 18 microsatellite sites by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Data from Fluorecence-based Genescan with the 18 microsatellite markers were analyzed by Pop Gen 32 software to calculate the allele frequency,heterozygosity,and polymorphism information content. The results showed that the average number of alleles per site,heterozygosity,polymorphism information content were 10.6, 0.5963,0.73 respectively. The results indicate that there are abundant genetic diversity in Huiyang Bearded chicken.
