      通过测定YS03 球孢白僵菌对田间不同时期稻水象甲成虫的取食、产卵和致病力,以及调查稻 水象甲成虫迁入秧田及产卵高峰期,研究YS03 球孢白僵菌防治稻水象甲的最佳防治时期。结果表明,YS03 球孢白僵菌对田间不同时期稻水象甲成虫的取食、产卵没有显著影响,药后10 d 对成虫均有较好杀虫效 果。田间调查显示,稻水象甲越冬成虫在插秧后3 d 开始陆续迁入秧田,7 d 虫量达高峰期,10 d 产卵达高峰 期,插秧后7 d 稻水象甲成虫数与产卵量均显著高于其他时间。综合分析试验结果得出,插秧后3 ~7 d 是施 用YS03 球孢白僵菌防治稻水象甲的最佳时期。
英文摘要:
      This paper determined the effects of Beauveria bassiana YS03 on feeding,oviposition and pathogenicity of rice water weevil(Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus) in different periods,investigated the seedling time and spawning peak of rice water weevil adults,to study the optimum time of YS03 to prevent and control rice water weevil. The results showed that in different periods,the effects of YS03 on feeding and oviposition of rice water weevil were not significantly different,and YS03 had good insecticidal effect on rice water weevil adults after 10 days. Field survey indicated that rice water weevils were fast migrating to rice seeding after 3 days,the adult peak appeared in 7 days,and spawning peak appeared in 10 days. 7 days after transplanting,the adult numbers and fecundity of rice water weevil were significantly higher than those in other time. So 3-7 days after rice seedlings planting,spraying B. bassiana YS03 had excellent control effect.
