      为探明造成甘蔗花穗杂交结实率低的原因,以多花粉ROC22、科五和自交不育系粤糖 92-1287、桂糖96-211 为试材,对其散粉量、花粉活力及柱头可授性日变化进行研究。结果表明,甘蔗开花 散粉集中在7:30~8:30,随时间推移花粉活力逐渐降低,13:00 后完全丧失活性;在0℃干燥条件下,适 于花粉短期贮存;柱头全天都具有可授性,高温会影响柱头可授性。甘蔗最佳授粉时间为8:00~8:30,此 时花粉活性较好,柱头可授性最强,花粉量充足。
英文摘要:
      In order to investigate the reason of low ripening rate of sugarcane flowers hybrid,Roc22,K5 and self-sterility,such as YT 92-1287,GT 96-211 were used to study the diumal variation of pollen grains,pollen vitality and stigma energy. The results showed that sugarcane flowered powder between 7:30 and 8:30,then the pollen vitality gradually reduced,completely lost activity after 13:00. The pollen was easily inactivated with rapid dehydration and drying under 0℃ was working for pollen viability in short-term. Stigma could be granted within a day and was affected by high temperature. The best time to pollinate depended largely on pollen activity,8:00-8:30 was the point of sugarcane,meanwhile the stigma could give the most and abundant pollen with high vitality.
