      以龙牙百合为材料,筛选适宜的增殖培养基,并研究根块茎膨大将军和芸苔素内酯(BR)对 其鳞茎膨大发育的影响。结果表明:龙牙百合丛生芽在培养基MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.25 mg/L 中的增殖 系数明显高于其他配方,达到7.3,地上部长势表现良好。以1/2MS+IBA 0.27 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L+IAA 0.3 mg/L+6% 蔗糖为基本培养基,龙牙百合丛生芽在加入1.0 ml/L BR 的处理中生长最好,全株重量和鳞茎重量 均最高,达到1.65 g/ 株和1.33 g/ 个,高于对照和其他处理。2.0 g/L 根块茎膨大将军和1.0 mL/L BR 喷施龙 牙百合幼苗后,鳞茎鲜重分别为14.65 g/ 个和14.91 g/ 个,是对照的108.8% 和110.7%,氨基酸含量分别是 对照的108.0% 和108.5%,蛋白质含量分别是对照的114.4% 和113.0%。龙牙百合最适宜的增殖培养基为 MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.25 mg/L,2.0 g/L 根块茎膨大将军和1.0 mL/L BR 喷施能提高鳞茎产量及氨基酸和 蛋白质含量。
英文摘要:
      In this paper,Lilium brownii var. viridulum was selected as materials,multiplying medium was selected for improving the multiplication coefficient,and bulbs development were researched by using different root swelling agent and Brassinolide( BR). The results showed that the optimum medium of multiplication for the clustered shoots of L. brownii var. viridulum was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.25 mg/L,the multiplication coefficient reached 7.3. The medium that contented BR 1.0 ml/L was the best treatment for the cluster shoots,because the whole plant weight and bulb weight were 1.65 g and 1.33 g,respectively,which improved by 33.33% and 29.35% than those of control,respectively. The bulbs of L. brownii var. viridulum reached 14.65 g and 14.91 g by using 2.0 g/L root swelling agent and 1.0 mL/L BR ,respectively,which were 108.8% and 110.7% of those of control. In the same time,the amino acid contents were 108.0% and 108.5% of that of control,and protein contents were 114.4% and 113.0% of that of control. Therefore,the optimum medium of multiplication for cluster shoots of L. brownii var. viridulum was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.25 mg/L,and the pseudobulbs yield,amino acid content and protein content of L. brownii var. viridulum were improved after treated by 2.0 g/L root swelling agent or 1.0 mL/L BR, respectively.
