建立防己药材的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为评价及有效控制其质量提供参考。利用HPLC 方
法,测定了14 个不同产地防己药材样品,选用Ultimmate XB C18 色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动
相为甲醇(A)- 0.1% 甲酸(B),设定流速0.8 mL/min、柱温30℃、检测波长282 nm。采用国家药典委员
会的“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A 版)”进行评价,并对各产地防己药材进行聚类分析。
结果表明,14 个产地防己药材的HPLC 指纹图谱有9 个共有峰,所有产地指纹图谱相似度均在0.9 以上,不
同产地防己质量相似性较好。 |

To estimate HPLC fingerprint of Fangji for evaluating the differences of chemical composition from
different habitats,and provide a reference for evaluating the quality of Fangji,the fingerprints of 14 batches of Fangji
from different places were determined by HPLC method. The Ultimmate XB C18 column( 250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)
with methanol( A) - 0.1% formic acid-water( B) as mobile phase was used,the flow-rate was set at 0.8 mL/min,the
column temperature was set at 30℃ and the detecting wavelength was set at 282 nm. The fingerprints were compared
for similarity by using“ Traditional Chinese Medicine Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System”
(2004A) issued by Chinese Pharmacopoeia commission and cluster analysis. The result showed that 9 common
fingerprint peaks were identified from 14 habitats of Fangji,and the similarity of all fingerprints was above 0.9,which
showed the quality of Fangji from different habitats was good in similarity. |
