      细菌性软腐病是蝴蝶兰生产中重要的病害,常造成严重损失。为有效控制该病害的发生危害, 从几种低毒杀菌剂中筛选绿色高效防治药剂。室内生物活性测定结果表明,王铜(氧氯化铜)对病原菌的 最小抑制浓度为500 μg/mL;离体叶片法测定结果表明,氧氯化铜有效成分为125、250、500 μg/mL 时,防 治效果为73.85%、89.47% 和100%;盆栽试验结果表明,当采用先施药再接种病原菌的方法时,500 μg/mL 氧氯化铜药后3、6、9 d 防治效果分别为89.92%、83.62% 和75.89%。因此,氧氯化铜可作为蝴蝶兰软腐病 的绿色防治药剂。
英文摘要:
      Bacterial soft rot is an important disease of phalaenopsis,and can cause serious losses. In order to control the disease,the effective chemical germicides were screened. The minimum inhibitory concentration of copper oxychloride on Dickeya dieffenbachiae was 500 μg/mL by bioactivity determination. The control effects of 125 μg/mL,250 μg/mL,500 μg/mL copper oxychloride were 73.85%,89.47% and 100% respectively by detached leaf method. The different concentrations of copper oxychloride were sprayed before inoculating pathogen in pot trials. The control effects of 500 μg/mL copper oxychloride were 89.92%,83.62%,75.89% at the third,sixth and ninth day after spraying. So copper oxychloride could be recommended as the chemical germicide in controlling the soft rot of phalaenopsis.
