      按“3414”施肥方案在广东湛江进行菜心田间试验,探究氮、磷、钾施肥量对菜心品质和产量 的影响,为菜心精准施肥提供科学依据。结果表明:N2P2K2 处理产量最高,随氮、磷、钾用量的增加,菜心 产量先增加再降低,氮、磷、钾施用量不足或过量都会使菜心产量减少,菜心产量对磷肥用量最敏感,其次 是氮肥;菜心可溶性糖含量在不施氮肥或钾肥过量时显著减少,影响菜心可溶性糖含量的主要是氮肥与钾 肥的用量;过量的氮肥显著增加菜心硝酸盐的含量,不施磷肥或用量过高都会增加硝酸盐的含量,钾肥用 量的增加使菜心硝酸盐的含量降低,菜心硝酸盐含量对磷肥用量最敏感,其次是氮肥。安全优质高产菜心 生产推荐施肥方案为:每667 m2 N 7.30 kg、P2O5 2.40 kg、K2O 4.00 kg,可收获菜心产量为1 964.34 kg,硝酸 盐含量为97.64 mg/kg,可溶性糖含量为11.69 mg/kg。
英文摘要:
      A“ 3414” field experiment was carried out to study fertilizer effects of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium on flowering Chinese cabbage yield and quality in Zhanjiang. The results showed that yield of N2P2K2 treatment was the highest. The yield of Flowering Chinese cabbage first increased and then decreased with the increase nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,application would reduce remarkably when the amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium was deficiency and excess,was most sensitive to phosphorus consumption,followed by nitrogen. The soluble sugar of flowering Chinese cabbage would reduce remarkably when no nitrogen and excessive potassium,was mainly affected by nitrogen and potassium fertilizer. The nitrate of flowering Chinese cabbage would increase remarkably when excessive nitrogen,phosphorus and no phosphorus,would reduce with amount of potassium increasing,was most sensitive to phosphorus consumption,followed by nitrogen. Recommended fertilization scheme of flowering Chinese cabbage safe,quality and high yield was N 7.30 kg/667 m2,P2O5 2.40 kg/667 m2 and K2O 4.00 kg/667 m2. The yield was 1 964.34 kg/667 m2,the content of nitrate was 97.641 mg/kg, the soluble sugar was 11.69 mg/kg.
