农民工要素禀赋与就业决策之间存在一定的内在逻辑联系。调查分析显示:物质资本禀赋对农
民工就业决策的影响并不显著;人力资本禀赋水平高的农民工倾向于通过市场化途径获得就业机会,而人
力资本禀赋水平低或社会资本禀赋水平较高的农民工倾向于通过亲友途径获得就业机会;对不同风险偏好
农民工而言,选择县外市内就业是实现其收益最大化的就业决策;受教育水平和技能水平是增加农民工收
入的关键,对社会资本禀赋的利用能提高男性农民工的收入水平,已婚女性在家庭中的角色使其就业行为
呈现对丈夫就业情况的“依赖”,并且社会资本禀赋的作用呈下降趋势,收入水平的性别差异较为明显。 |

There is a certain internal logic relation between the factor endowment of migrant workers and
their employment decision. The analysis shows that the effect of material capital endowment on migrant workers’
employment decision-making is not significant. Migrant workers with high level of human endowment tend to obtain
employment opportunities through marketization,and migrant workers whih low level of human capital endowment
or higher social capital endowment tend to get job by relatives and friends. For migrant workers with different risk
preference,choosing employment outside the prefecture is to realize their employment maximization. The level of
education and skills are the keys to increase the income of migrant workers,using social capital can improve the
income level of male migrant workers. The role of married women in the family makes their employment dependent
on their husbands,and the role of social capital endowment is declining,and gender differences in income levels are
more pronounced. |
