为研究淹水胁迫对鲜食玉米幼苗生长发育的影响,采用双套盆淹水法,通过与常规水分供应进
行对比,系统分析淹水胁迫对鲜食玉米幼苗根系、地上部形态、光合作用及叶片保护酶活性的影响。结果表
明:(1)淹水后玉米根系长度和根系活力显著下降,且随着淹水时间的延长降幅增大,对根系数量的影响
相对较小;(2)淹水后玉米株高显著降低,叶数变化率显著下降;(3)淹水后叶片的SPAD 值和净光合速
率显著低于对照,蒸腾速率在淹水12 d 后显著下降;(4)淹水胁迫提高了叶片SOD、POD 活性,淹水12 d
后保护酶活性显著提高。短期淹水会对玉米的生长造成不良影响,其通过提高保护酶活性提高自身的抗逆
性,SOD、POD 活性可作为反映鲜食玉米幼苗耐淹的生理指标。 |

Double pots waterlogging experiment was conducted to analyze the influence of waterlogging stress
on fresh corn seedling root,aboveground morphology,photosynthesis,and leaf protective enzyme activity,compared
with conventional water supply. The results showed that the maize root length and root activity decreased significantly
under waterlogging stress,and the trend was more and more evident with longer duration of waterlogging,but the
effect of waterlogging stress on number of root system was relatively small. The corn plant obviously reduced and blade
rate dropped significantly under waterlogging. Leaf chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate were significantly
lower than control after waterlogging,and the transpiration rate dropped significantly after 12 d. The SOD and POD
enzymes activities of the leaf increased under waterlogging stress,and those enzymes activities increased significantly
after 12 d. SOP and POD enzymes activities can be used as physiological indexes to reflect the waterlogging tolerance
of fresh corn seedling. |
