      以乙醇作为夹带介质,采用低温连续相变萃取方法对油茶籽粕中的抑菌活性物质进行提取。以 乙醇浓度、萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间为考察因素,以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、黒曲霉为抑菌对象 进行单因素及正交实验,得到最优的油茶籽粕抑菌物低温连续相变提取工艺条件:乙醇浓度80%、提取时 间1 h、提取压力0.4 MPa、提取温度为80℃。在此条件下,提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、黒曲霉的 抑菌圈直径分别为13.6、15.1、13.8 mm,可达到最好的抑菌效果。
英文摘要:
      In this study,the method of continuous phase transition at low temperature was used to extract the antibacterial active substances from camellia seed meal. Ethanol concentration,extraction pressure,extraction temperature and extraction time were used for factors,the Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Aspergillus niger were used for target pathogens. Optimal process conditions for continuous phase transition extraction of bacteriostat from camellia seed meal at low temperature were as follows: the ethanol concentration was 80%,the extraction time was 1 h,the extraction pressure was 0.4 MPa,and the extraction temperature was 80℃. Under these conditions,the diameter of inhibition zone for E. coli,S. aureus and A. niger were 13.6 mm,15.1 mm and 13.8 mm, respectively,achieving the strongest antibacterial effect.
