      为研究淹水胁迫对火龙果植株生长的影响,以火龙果品种台湾大红为试验材料,探究不同淹水 胁迫时间对其表型和生理特性的影响。结果表明:火龙果植株淹水胁迫20 d 时,侧根数量开始减少;淹水胁 迫30~40 d,侧茎出现褶皱和萎蔫,主茎基部有病斑出现;淹水胁迫40~50 d,主茎基部开始腐烂,主根明 显变短。淹水胁迫处理火龙果地上部的SOD 活性、POD 活性、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含 量显著增加,最高分别为未淹水胁迫的2.46、4.18、10.01、1.72、2.21 倍;叶绿素含量基本保持不变,且叶绿 素a 含量>叶绿素b 含量>类胡萝卜素含量;根系活力显著降低,最低为未淹水胁迫的33.21%。火龙果植 株对淹水胁迫有一定的适应能力,脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的积累,抗氧化酶活性的增加,以及不定 根的产生,可能有利于增强火龙果的淹水胁迫耐受性。
英文摘要:
      The paper studied the effects of different flooding stress time on the phenotype and physiological characteristics by using "Taiwan red" pitaya variety seedlings. The results showed that after 20 days of flooding stress,the number of lateral roots began to decrease;under flooding stress for 30 to 40 days,there were wrinkle and wilt on the lateral stems of Pitaya,and disease spots appeared on the base of main stems;under flooding stress for 40 to 50 days,the basal parts of main stems began to decay,and the main roots became significantly shorter. Under flooding stress,SOD activity,POD activity,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content and proline content significantly increased,the maximum values were 2.46,4.18,10.01,1.72 and 2.21 folds than that of the control group respectively;the chlorophyll content remained unchanged,and the content of chlorophyll a > chlorophyll b > carotenoid;and the root activity significantly decreased to 33.21% of the control group. Pitaya plants had some adaptive ability to flooding stress,including the accumulation of proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein,the increase of antioxidant enzyme activity and adventitious roots,which may be beneficial to enhancing the tolerance of Pitaya to flooding stress.
