In order to systematically understand the inflammatory system of goose,the total RNA was extracted
from the spleen of Magang goose by Trizol method. The caspase-1 gene of goose was cloned by RT-PCR and the
bioinformatics analysis was carried out. Sequencing results showed that the complete ORF region of the go-Caspase-1
gene was 813 bp,encoding 270 amino acids( GenBank ID NO:MG463109). Homology analysis showed that the
sequence of go-Caspase-1 was homologous to duck and chicken,and its differences with other species were relatively
large. Protein functional domain analysis showed that the number and distribution of Caspase-1 protein domains were
similar in different species. The three-dimensional structure of protein showed that the structure of go-Caspase-1 was
similar to that of chicken and human Caspase-1. |
