我国农业中小企业面临产能过剩严重、比较成本过高等引致的增值空间偏低、产业竞争力不
足等问题。系统性地综述供给侧结构性改革的内涵以及为农业中小企业转型带来的机遇与挑战。选取黑龙
江省某农业龙头企业作为典型案例企业,深度剖析其发展的缘起、演进过程和商业模式,并以转方式、调结
构、提品质、促融合、降成本等供给侧结构性改革为背景,设计全产业链增值战略的钻石模型,深度辨识其
在战略运营中的创新发展路径,主要包括产业链上游以现代农业服务业为主导的基地建设增值路径、产业
链中游以轻资产运作主导的服务平台搭建增值路径、产业链下游以产业联盟为主导的渠道拓展增值路径。
最后从依靠政府、借助平台、各方增值、成立联盟、创新运营等角度给出相应的启示,为我国涉农中小企业
的转型升级提供理论框架和案例支撑。 |

China's Agricultural SMEs are facing seriously overcapacity and relatively high cost which caused
low value-added space,industrial competitiveness and other issues. Aiming at the existing problems,this paper
systematically summarizes the connotation for the structural reform of supply side,as well as the opportunities and
challenges for the transformation of Agricultural SMEs. In this paper,we selected a typical agricultural leading
enterprises in Heilongjiang province as the study case,and depth analysis of the development of the origin,evolution process and business model. It designs the diamond model of the value added strategy for the whole industry chain,in
transfer mode,adjusting structure,enhancing quality,promoting integration,and reducing costs as the background.
We deeply identified its innovative development path in the strategic operation,mainly including the modern
agricultural service industry leading value-added path about planting areas construction in upstream of the industry
chain,light asset operation leading value-added path about service platform Path in the middle part of the industry
chain,and industry alliance leading value-added path about development of sales channel model in downstream of
the industrial chain. To sum up,the corresponding enlightenment was given from relying on the government,using
of the platform,membership value added,alliance establishment,innovative operation and so on. It provided a
theoretical framework and case support for China's transformation and upgrading of Agricultural SMEs. |
