为提供低成本、高效、安全的微生物除臭剂,也为菌株的混合培养提供科学依据,以活菌数为考察指标,将除臭微生物酿酒酵母和干酪乳杆菌的单株培养和两者混合培养方式进行比较研究,同时对由酿酒酵母和干酪乳杆菌混合培养的菌剂进行大鼠急性毒性试验。结果表明:两者采用混合培养方式,酿酒酵母活菌数比单种培养提高0.39×108 CFU/mL,干酪乳杆菌活菌数比单种培养增加2.53×108 CFU/mL,混合培养较单株培养活菌总数提高8.90%。急性毒性试验表明大鼠最大耐受剂量(MTD)大于19.64 g/kg,即该混合培养菌剂实际无毒。 |

To provide a low-cost, efficient and safe microbiological deodoran, as well as a scientific basis for the mixed cultivation of strains, we studied the viable cell count of the deodorant microbial by solitude culture and mixed culture. And the rat acute toxicity test of microbiological deodorant was carried out. The results showed that: The living number of yeast was increased 0.39×108 CFU/mL compared to solitude culture and the lactobacillus biomass was increased 2.53×108 CFU/mL. The total number of mixed culture cells improved 8.90% compared to cultured alone. Acute toxicity tests showed that the rat maximum tolerable dose(MTD)was greater than 19.64 g/kg. The microbiological deodorant was actually non-toxic and safe. |
