生产方式转变已成为我国水稻产业发展研究的热点。运用DEA的Malmquist指数法,研究了2004—2015年中国早籼稻、中籼稻、晚籼稻和粳稻的全要素生产率及其构成和变动趋势,并构造发展绩效指数对中国水稻生产方式发展绩效进行评价。结果表明:2004—2015年中国早籼稻、中籼稻、晚籼稻和粳稻的全要素生产率依次为1.009、1.039、1.008和1.041,4种类型水稻的全要素生产率增长均主要来自技术进步,属于技术诱导型发展模式;从发展绩效指数判断,早籼稻属于低度粗放型生产方式,中籼稻、晚籼稻和粳稻都属于中度粗放型生产方式;从粗放程度判断,近12年来中国水稻生产方式获得了一些改善,但总体上仍然处于粗放型发展阶段。 |

The transformation of production mode has become a hot spot in the research of rice industry development in China. In this paper, using the DEA-Malmquist index method, we studied the total factor productivity of Chinese early indica rice, medium indica rice, late indica rice and japonica rice in 2004-2015 and its composition and trend. The results showed that the total factor productivity of early indica rice, medium indica rice, late indica rice and japonica rice in China from 2004 to 2015 was 1.009, 1.039, 1.008 and 1.041 respectively. The total factor productivity growth of the four types of rice was mainly from technological progress and it belonged to the technology-inducing development mode; judging from the development performance index, early indica rice is a low-level extensive production mode, and medium indica rice, late indica rice and japonica rice are moderately extensive production methods; Judging from the degree of extensiveness, China’s rice production methods have improved in the past 12 years, but overall it is still in the extensive development stage. |
