【目的】研究化肥、化肥结合有机肥的投入对集约化生产程度高的菜地土壤、菜心产量和品质的影响,探索有机肥 N 素养分部分代替化肥的适宜比例。【方法】在广州市南沙区常年栽培的菜地,采用田间小区试验方法,设置 CK(无肥)、CF(常规施肥 N 105 kg/hm2+ P2O5 30 kg/hm2+ K2O 60 kg/hm2)、RF(CF 减量 10%)、T15(15%N有机肥替代化肥)、T30(30%N 有机肥替代化肥)5 个处理。【结果】与常规施肥处理 CF 比较,15%N 有机肥替代化肥处理 T15、30%N 有机肥替代化肥处理 T30 菜心分别增产 43.32% 和 27.82%,均达显著水平。与常规施肥处理 CF 比较,减量 10% 处理 RF 菜心产量下降 25.93%,差异未达到显著水平。不同处理对收获期菜心维生素 C、可溶性糖和硝酸盐氮含量均无明显影响。【结论】在菜心的生产实践中,15%~30%N 有机肥替代化肥的技术措施是切实可行的。 |

【Objective】The objective was to study the effects of“chemical fertilizer nitrogen substituted partially by organic nitrogen and reduced application of chemical fertilizer”on soil in vegetable fields with high intensification and yield and quality of flowering Chinese cabbages, and explore the appropriate proportion for the partial substitution of chemical fertilizer nitrogen by organic nitrogen.【Method】A field plot experiment was conducted in Nansha District of Guangzhou City with five treatments: CK(no-fertilizer); CF(conventional fertilization, N 105 kg/hm2 + P2O5 30 kg/hm2 + K2O 60 kg/hm2); RF(CF reduced by 10%); T15(CF substituted by15% N of organic fertilizer)and T30(CF substituted by 30% N of organic fertilizer).【Results】Compared with treatment CF, the yields of Chinese flowering cabbages under treatment T15 and T30 increased by 43.32% and 27.82%, respectively(P < 0.05), both reaching the significant level. Compared with treatment CF, the yield of flowering Chinese cabbages of treatment RF decreased by 25.93%(P > 0.05), and the difference was not significant. There was no significant difference in the contents of vitamin C, soluble sugar and nitrate nitrogen in flowering Chinese cabbages at harvest stage under different treatments.【Conclusion】The study shows that chemical fertilizer nitrogen substituted by 15% -30% organic nitrogen is feasible practically in the production of flowering Chinese cabbages. |
