从英德红茶产业的发展基础、产业规模、行业地位、品牌影响力等方面概述其自1959年以来的发展成就,并回顾广东省农业科学院茶叶研究所成立60年(1959—2019年)来长期驻地英德,并为英德红茶产业振兴发展从茶树新品种选育(品种)、茶树生态种植(品质)、茶叶加工工艺创新和装备及新产品研发(品类)、茶叶产品标准与质量安全(品位)、茶叶区域公共品牌和企业品牌、产品品牌打造(品牌)等5个方面提供科技支撑所取得的代表性成效,旨在总结科技创新支撑英德红茶作为中国创新红茶的引领者历经60年发展,实现“从无到有、从有到优再到强”重大跨越的经验。与此同时,作为省一级从事茶叶科学研究并为广东茶产业全产业链高质量发展提供科技支撑的综合性科研机构——广东省农业科学院茶叶研究所,在新时代新的历史发展起点上,提出如何更好地为英德红茶产业高质量发展提供科技支撑的新举措,以期为英德红茶在新时代实现产业兴旺和促进乡村振兴注入新的科技原动力和作出应有的时代新贡献。 |

The achievements of Yingde black tea industry over the past 60 years, including its development foundation, industrial scale, industry status and brand influence, were summarized. The paper reviewed representative outcomes, such as new tea varieties breeding (variety), ecological planting (quality), innovation of tea processing technology and equipment and new product R & D (category), tea product standard and quality safety (grade), regional public tea brand and enterprise tea brand as well as product brand building (brand) that achieved by the Tea Research Institute of Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, which has been stationed in Yingde and greatly promoted the development of Yingde black tea industry since 1959. The paper aimed to summarize the experience of Yingde black tea, a leader of innovative black tea in China. Supported by scientific and technological innovation, it has realized a great-leap-forward development from scratch, superiority to perfectness. In addition, as a provincial comprehensive research institute engaged in tea researches and providing scientific and technical support for the high-quality development of whole tea industry chain, Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, at the starting point of the new historical development of the new era, proposed new measures on how to provide technical support for the high-quality development of Yingde black tea industry, with a view to injecting new scientific and technological impetus and making due contributions to the prosperity of Yingde black tea industry and promoting the rural revitalization in the new era. |
