      【目的】探究薄荷(Mentha haplocalyx Brig). 精油中可影响二化螟(Chilo suppressalis Walker)触角电位反应的化学物质。【方法】采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取薄荷精油,称重法测试薄荷精油对二化螟幼虫取食的影响,采用气相色谱 - 触角电位联用仪(GC-EAD)分析薄荷精油主要化学成分对二化螟成虫的电位反应。【结果】薄荷精油对二化螟幼虫具有显著的引诱取食作用,当浓度为 0.15625 mg/mL 时,取食率为 123.01 %。GC-MS 结果分析从薄荷精油中共检测出 27 个化合物,化合物含量占总含量的 81.965 %,含量最多的为长叶薄荷酮,为 15.854 %。GC-EAD 测定结果表明,雌虫对薄荷精油中的 12 种化合物作出反应,长叶薄荷酮的反应最为强烈;雄虫对薄荷精油中的 10 种化合物有反应,丁子香酚对二化螟雄虫的影响最为强烈。【结论】薄荷精油中的长叶薄荷酮和丁子香酚可能是影响二化螟幼虫取食行为的主要化合物。
英文摘要:
      【Objective】The study aims to investigate the chemical components of essential oil of Mentha haplocalyx Brig. affecting electroantennogram response of Chilo suppressalis Walker. 【Method】The essential oil of M. haplocalyx was extracted by steam distillation. Then, the feeding behavioral response of C. suppressalis and the electroantennogram responses of the chemical components of M. haplocalyx essential oil were tested by using weight method and gas chromatography-electroantennographic detection(GC-EAD), respectively.【Result】The essential oil of M. haplocalyx had feeding attraction effect to C. suppressalis, and the feeding rate was 123.01% when the concentration was 0.15625 mg/mL. The results of GC-MS showed that 27 compounds were detected in the essential oil of M. haplocalyx, accounting for 81.965% of the total content. The most abundant compound was pulegone, accounting for 15.854%. GC- EAD detection results showed that 12 compounds of essential oil of M. haplocalyx caused significant reaction in female adults of C. suppressalis, which showed the strongest reaction to pulegone. Significant reaction in male adults of C. suppressalis were observed in 10 compounds of essential oil of M. haplocalyx and that was the strongest in eugenol.【Conclusion】Pulegone and eugenol in essential oil of M. haplocalyx may be main compounds affecting the feeding behavior of C. suppressalis.
