      摘 要:【目的】在种薯催芽育苗生产中,为有效缓解GA3浸种催芽所导致的甘薯细苗、弱苗问题,研究6-BA与GA3复配处理对提升薯苗品质的可行性。【方法】分别用1、5、10 mg/L的GA3单独浸种及其分别与5 mg/L 6-BA复配后浸种处理,命名为G组与GB组,另设有清水浸种(CK/G0)和5 mg/L 6-BA单独浸种(G0B)两个处理,共8个处理,研究其对甘薯品种心香薯块萌芽、薯苗生长形态及采苗量的影响。【结果】心香薯块在GA3单独浸种处理后,甘薯的根眼萌动数和总芽数、展叶苗数、平均苗高高于对照CK,表明GA3对调控甘薯薯块萌芽与薯苗生长形态起到较好的效果,其中1 mg/L GA3浸种处理效果最好,薯块平均根眼萌动数达11个,总芽数达16.33个,平均苗高达8.80 cm,苗基部直径3.01 mm,但随着GA3浓度的升高苗基部直径、单苗质量、干物质率均变小。在GA3与6-BA复配处理后,甘薯的萌芽性状、生长形态不如GA3单独处理组,但相比之下苗基部直径增大,并且薯苗干物质率随着GA3浓度的增加而上升,GA3浓度越高效果越显著,其中10 mg/L GA3与5 mg/L 6-BA复配浸种处理对于提升薯苗品质效果最好,苗基部直径为3.40 cm,且干物质率最高。两个处理组可有效提高薯苗的采收量,在GA3单独浸种处理中,10 mg/L GA3浸种处理采苗量最高达97株,比CK提高11.49%。在复配浸种处理中,1 mg/L GA3与5 mg/L 6-BA复配浸种处理采苗量最高达100株,比CK提高14.94%。【结论】综上,6-BA对于高浓度GA3浸种催芽所带来的弊端具有一定的缓解作用,使得薯苗茎秆粗壮、干物质率提高,可有效提升种苗品质。心香适宜的GA3处理浓度为1 mg/L,10 mg/L GA3与5mg/L的6-BA复配处理缓解效果最为明显。

      Abstract: 【Objective】In order to effectively alleviate the problems of thin and weak sweetpotato seedlings caused by seed soaking and germination promoting of GA3 in the production of seed potato seedlings, this experiment aims to study the feasibility of 6-BA and GA3 compound treatment on improving potato seedling quality.【Method】The seeds were soaked with 1, 5 and 10 mg/L GA3 alone and mixed with 5 mg/L 6-BA respectively, which were named as group G and group GB. In addition, there are two treatments of water immersion (CK/G0) and 5 mg/L 6-BA separate immersion (G0B), a total of 8 treatments. To study its effects on germination of sweetpotato block and growth morphology of potato seedlings and number of seedlings picked.【Result】After being immersed in GA3 alone, the number of root eye germination, the number of total buds, the number of seedlings with spreading leaves, the average seedling height of Xinxiang were higher than those of CK, which indicated that GA3 had a better effect on regulating the germination of sweetpotato blocks and the growth morphology of potato seedlings, among which 1 mg/L GA3 soaking treatment had the best effect. The number of root eye germination was 11, and the number of total buds was 16.33, and the average seedling height was 8.80 cm, and the diameter of the seedling base was 3.01 mm, but with the increase of concentration, the seedling base diameter, seedling weight and dry matter ratio decreased. After GA3 and 6-BA compound treatment, germination traits and growth morphology of sweetpotato were not as good as those of GA3 alone treatment group, but the diameter of the seedling base increased, and the dry matter ratio of potato seedlings increased with the increase of GA3 concentration, and the higher the GA3 concentration, the more significant the effect. The treatment of 10 mg/L GA3 combined with 5 mg/L 6-BA had the best effect on improving the quality of potato seedlings. The average diameter of potato seedlings base was 3.40cm and the highest dry matter ratio. The two treatment groups could effectively improve the number of seedlings picked of potato seedlings. In the treatment of GA3 alone, the number of seedlings picked of potato seedlings under 10 mg/L GA3 was up to 97 plants, which was 11.49% higher than CK. In the compound treatment, 1 mg/L GA3 and 5 mg/L 6-BA mixed soaking treatment , the maximum number of seedlings was 100, 14.94% higher than CK.【Conclusion】In conclusion, 6-BA can alleviate the disadvantages caused by high concentration GA3 soaking seed ,make the stems of sweetpotato stalk stout, dry matter ratio increased, effectively improve the quality of seedlings. The results showed that the suitable concentration range of GA3 treatment for Xinxiang was 1 mg/L and the combination of 10 mg/L GA3 and 5 mg/L 6-BA could effectively alleviate the seedling weakness caused by high concentration of GA3.
