| 【目的】为探索农业现代化定量研究，通过定量研究分析农业现代化发展水平、存在的问题，并提出建议，以期为海南省及我国推进农业现代化发展提供参考。【方法】选取2011-2021年海南省及17个市县相关指标数据作为研究样本，综合运用层次分析法、熵值法、障碍度模型等方法，构建5个维度20个指标的评价体系对海南省农业现代化发展水平、空间差异及障碍因素进行定量评估。【结果】2011-2021年海南省农业现代化发展水平综合得分从2011年的3.928增长至2021年的4.519，增长了16.85%，年均增速为1.53%，整体增幅不高，仍处于发展阶段，与实现农业现代化的目标仍存在一定差距；从区域发展来看，海南省的东、中、西部地区和地区内部之间的农业现代化水平发展不平衡，呈现出“中部丘陵地区低，东西沿海市县高”的空间发展格局，该不平衡反映了地区之间的经济发展水平、地理区位、交通、资源禀赋等方面的差异；从障碍因素来看，影响海南省农业现代化发展水平的主要因素为旱涝保收率、有效机电灌溉率、农林水事务支出、现代化设施农业覆盖率。【结论】海南省农业现代化发展尚处于初级阶段，与农业现代化的目标还有一定差距。提升农业科技现代化和农业可持续发展是实现海南农业现代化发展的关键。未来应加大财政支农和农业科技投入，尤其是中部地区，因地制宜推进农业现代化区域均衡发展。 |

| 【Purpose】In order to explore the quantitative research of agricultural modernization, this paper analyzes the development level and existing problems of agricultural modernization through quantitative research, and puts forward some suggestions for Hainan Province and China to promote the development of agricultural modernization. 【Methods】 The relevant index data of Hainan Province and 17 cities and counties from 2011 to 2021 were selected as research samples, and an evaluation system with 5 dimensions and 20 indicators was constructed by comprehensive application of analytic hierarchy process(AHP), entropy method, obstacle model and other methods to quantitatively evaluate the development level, spatial differences and obstacle factors of agricultural modernization in Hainan Province.【Results】The results showed that the comprehensive score of agricultural modernization development level in Hainan Province in 2011-2021 increased from 3.928 in 2011 to 4.519 in 2021, an increase of 16.85%, with an average annual growth rate of 1.53%, but overall growth is not high, still in the developmental stage, with a certain gap remaining from achieving the goal of agricultural modernization; From the perspective of regional development, the level of agricultural modernization in the eastern, central, and western regions of Hainan Province and within the region is unbalanced, presenting a spatial development pattern of "low in central hilly areas and high in cities and counties along the east and west coasts",which reflects differences among regions in terms of economic development level, geographical location, transportation, resource endowment, and other aspects; From the perspective of obstacle factors, the main factors affecting the level of agricultural modernization development in Hainan Province are the yield of drought and flood protection, effective electromechanical irrigation rate, expenditure on agricultural, forestry and water affairs, and coverage rate of modern facility agriculture. 【Conclusion】The development of agricultural modernization in Hainan Province is still in its early stages, and there is still a certain gap between it and the goals of agricultural modernization. Enhancing the modernization of agricultural technology and sustainable development of agriculture is the key to achieving the modernization of agriculture in Hainan. In the future, we should increase financial support for agriculture and agricultural technology investment, especially in the central region, and promote regional balanced development of agricultural modernization according to local conditions. |
