水稻是全世界最主要的粮食作物之一,干旱胁迫是影响水稻生长发育和产量最重要的限制因子之一。转录因子通过调控特定基因的表达来影响植株对干旱胁迫的适应性和耐受性。水稻中参与干旱胁迫的转录因主要有bZIP 转录因子、MYB转录因子、NAC 转录因子、DREB 转录因子、WRKY转录因子、锌指蛋白转录因子、SPL转录因子、bHLH转录因子等。鉴于转录因子在研究响应干旱胁迫相关基因的表达调控方面具有重要意义,本文对转录因子在干旱胁迫响应过程中所发挥的功能进行了综述。 |

Rice is one of the most important food crops worldwide, and drought stress is one of the major limiting factors affecting the growth, development, and yield of rice. Transcription factors influence the adaptability and tolerance of plants to drought stress by regulating the expression of specific genes. The main transcription factors involved in drought stress in rice include bZIP transcription factors, MYB transcription factors, NAC transcription factors, DREB transcription factors, WRKY transcription factors, zinc finger protein transcription factors, SPL transcription factors, and bHLH transcription factors, among others. Given the significant role of transcription factors in studying the expression regulation of genes responding to drought stress, this article reviews the functions of transcription factors in the response process to drought stress. |
