      【目的】研究氮、磷、碳和铁营养盐对波吉卵囊藻(Oocystis borgei)生长的影响,筛选出最佳营养盐配方,为其高效扩培提供参考。【方法】先利用单因素试验分析不同氮源、磷源、碳源和铁源对波吉卵囊藻生长的影响,获得各自最佳营养盐及最适浓度,再利用正交试验对波吉卵囊藻生长影响较大因素进行优化,得出最佳营养盐的配方。【结果】单因素试验结果表明,波吉卵囊藻的最佳氮、磷、碳和铁源及浓度分别是:CO(NH2)2 160 mg/L、C3H7NaO6P 8 mg/L、NaHCO3 1 g/L、FeCl3 0.2 mg/L;正交试验结果表明,各营养盐对波吉卵囊藻生长影响大小为:磷源>氮源>碳源,其中磷源对波吉卵囊藻生长影响最为显著(P<0.05),各营养盐的最适浓度为:CO(NH2)2 120 mg/L、C3H7Na2O6P 12 mg/L、NaHCO3 2.5 g/L,最优条件下藻细胞密度可达22.07×106 cell/mL,比优化前(1.74×106 cell/mL)提高12倍以上。【结论】本研究确定了波吉卵囊藻最适氮、磷、碳和铁源以及浓度,且通过优化条件得出最佳营养盐配方,显著提高了藻细胞的密度。

      【Objective】The optimal conditions of nitrogen, phosphorus, carbon and iron nutrient concentrations affecting the growth of Oocystis borgei were explored, and the optimal nutrient formula was selected to provide data for its large-scale and efficient expansion.【Method】Single factor test was used to analyze the effects of different nitrogen, phosphorus, carbon and iron nutrients on the growth of O. borgei, and to obtain the best nutrients and their respective concentrations. Orthogonal tests were conducted on the best nitrogen, phosphorus and carbon sources and concentrations. Finally, the optimal nutrient formula was obtained.【Result】The results of the single factor experiment showed that the optimal sources and concentrations of nitrogen, phosphorus, carbon and iron for O. borgei were CO(NH2)2 160 mg/L, C3H7NaO6P 8 mg/L, NaHCO3 2 g/L and FeCl3 0.2 mg/L, respectively. The results of the orthogonal test showed that the effect of each nutrient on the growth of O. borgei was in the order of phosphorus source > nitrogen source > carbon source, and phosphorus source had the most significant effect on the growth of O. borgei (P<0.05). The optimal concentration of each nutrient was: CO(NH2)2 120 mg/L, C3H7NaO6P 12 mg/L and NaHCO3 2.5 g/L. Under the optimal condition, the algal density reached 22.07×106 cells/mL, which was 12 times higher than that before optimization (1.74×106 cells/mL). 【Conclusion】This study determined the optimal nitrogen, phosphorus, carbon, and iron sources and concentrations for Bogia ovata and optimized the nutrient salt formula to significantly increase algal cell density.
