      【目的】试验以我国特有低温草菇冬小包脚菇为对象,探索冬小包脚菇液体菌种发酵培养最优条件。【方法】从碳氮源优化、温度、酸碱度等方面对冬小包脚菇液体菌种发酵培养的最优生长条件进行了研究,并采用正交试验,得到冬小包脚菇液体菌种发酵培养最佳配方。【结果】冬小包脚菇液体发酵培养最优碳源为葡萄糖,最优氮源为发酵豆粕粉,最适温度为18℃,适宜酸碱度为pH6,最佳接种量为7%。经正交试验得发酵培养最优配方为:葡萄糖20.0 g,果糖10.0 g,发酵豆粕粉2.5 g,发酵玉米浆2.5 g,KH2PO4 1g,K2HPO4 0.5g,MgSO4·7H2O 0.5g,维生素B1 10mg,pH 自然,去离子水1000 mL。【结论】该配方较固体培养大大缩短了冬小包脚菇菌种生长时间,对冬小包脚菇菌种生产及产业推广起到关键作用,对弥补我国低温草菇种群和市场具有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      【Objective】The experiment focused on China's unique low-temperature mushroom, Volvariella brumalis, in order to explore its liquid optimal fermentation conditions. 【Method】The optimal growth conditions of liquid fermentation culture of Volvariella brumalis were obtained from the aspects of temperature, pH, carbon sources and nitrogen sources. In addition, the best fermentation formula of liquid strain of Volvariella brumalis was obtained by orthogonal test in this article.【Result】The result shows that the optimal carbon source for liquid fermentation cultivation of Volvariella brumalis is glucose, and the optimal nitrogen source is fermented soybean meal powder. The optimal temperature is 18 ℃. The optimal pH is pH 6-pH 7. And the optimal inoculation amount is 7%. A good prescription for getting well effect was obtained through orthogonal experiments.The prescription is glucose 20.0 g, Fructose 10.0 g, Fermented soybean meal powder 2.5 g, Fermented corn syrup 2.5 g, KH2PO4 1 g, K2HPO4 0.5 g, MgSO4·7H2O 0.5 g, vitamin B1 10 mg, pH natural, H2O 1000 mL. 【Conclusion】This formula greatly shortens the growth time of Volvariella brumalis strains compared to solid cultivation. This breakthrough has played a crucial role in the production and industrial promotion of Volvariella brumalis strains, and made up for the population and market of low-temperature grass mushroom in China.
