【目的】筛选出有利于培育冬瓜壮苗的生物刺激素,并确定最适宜的使用浓度。【方法】以‘铁柱2号’黑皮冬瓜为试验材料,研究8种生物刺激素(海藻精、海藻肥、多肽、褐藻寡糖、黄腐酸、虾红素、虾青素和乳糖肽)对冬瓜幼苗质量的影响,通过测定不同生物刺激素种类及浓度处理下冬瓜幼苗的壮苗指数和根系活力,筛选出最适宜的生物刺激素浓度进行后续试验,再对不同生物刺激素处理下冬瓜幼苗根系形态、叶面积、叶绿素含量等生理指标进行主成分分析,对8种生物刺激素促进冬瓜幼苗生长的能力进行分析。【结果】适宜浓度的生物刺激素能显著提高冬瓜幼苗的生长质量,表现为株高、茎粗、根系生长和光合能力的提升。其中,最优处理0.2 g/L褐藻寡糖显著提高了冬瓜幼苗的茎粗(增加15.03%)、株高(增加43.34%)、根系活力(提高185.16%),并显著提升了叶绿素a(+121.62%)、叶绿素b(+61.11%)和叶面积(+58.30%)。此外,0.5 g/L黄腐酸和0.5 g/L乳糖肽处理表现次优,分别使根系活力提高185.16%和14.34%,叶面积增加50.04%和27.79%,叶绿素a+b总量提高101.81%和45.45%。其他生物刺激素在适宜浓度下均能不同程度促进幼苗生长,如海藻精0.5 g/L、海藻肥0.5 g/L和多肽0.67 g/L均能显著提高壮苗指数(增加40%—67%)。主成分分析结果表明,促生效果从高到低依次为褐藻寡糖0.2 g/L(得分0.97)> 黄腐酸0.5 g/L(0.64)> 乳糖肽0.5 g/L(0.62),显著优于对照(0.10)。【结论】适宜浓度的生物刺激素能显著提高冬瓜幼苗的壮苗指数和根系活力,其中褐藻寡糖在0.2 g/L浓度下效果最佳,黄腐酸和乳糖肽在0.5 g/L浓度下表现出良好的壮苗效果。 |

【Objective】To identify biostimulants conducive to the cultivation of robust wax gourd seedlings and to determine the optimal concentration for their application.【Method】The black-skinned wax gourd‘Tiezhu 2’was used as experimental material,the effects of eight kinds of biostimulants (seaweed extract, seaweed fertilizer, polypeptide, alginate oligosaccharide, fulvic acid, canthaxanthin,astaxanthin and lactopeptide) on the quality of wax gourd seedlings were studied,by measuring the seedling strength index and root vitality of plants under different types and concentrations of biostimulants, the most suitable concentration of biostimulants was selected for subsequent experiments. The physiological indicators of root morphology, leaf area, chlorophyll content, and other physiological parameters of wax gourd seedlings under different treatments were analyzed using Principal Component Analysis, and the efficacy of 8 types of biostimulants in promoting the growth of wax gourd seedlings was ranked.【Result】A suitable concentration of biostimulants can significantly improve the growth quality of winter melon seedlings, as manifested by an increase in plant height, stem thickness, root system growth and photosynthetic capacity. Among them, the optimal treatment of 0.2 g/L fucoidan significantly increased the stem thickness (increased by 15.03%), plant height (increased by 43.34%), root vitality (increased by 185.16%), and significantly increased chlorophyll a (+121.62%), chlorophyll b (+61.11%) and leaf area (+58.30%) of winter melon seedlings. In addition, the 0.5 g/L fulvic acid and 0.5 g/L lactopeptide treatments performed suboptimally, increasing root vitality by 185.16% and 14.34%, respectively, and increasing leaf area by 50.04% and 27.79%, respectively, and total chlorophyll a+b by 101.81% and 45.45%, respectively. Other biostimulants can all promote seedling growth to varying degrees at suitable concentrations. For example, seaweed extract 0.5 g/L, seaweed fertilizer 0.5 g/L and polypeptide 0.67 g/L can all significantly improve the strong seedling index (an increase of 40%–67%). The results of the principal component analysis show that the growth-promoting effect was in descending order of fucoidan oligosaccharide 0.2 g/L (score 0.97) > fulvic acid 0.5 g/L (0.64) > lactopeptide 0.5 g/L (0.62), which was significantly better than the control (0.10).【Conclusion】The optimum concentration of biostimulants could significantly improve the seedling index and root activity of wax gourd seedlings, and the effect of brown alga oligosaccharide was the best at 0.2 g/L, fulvic acid and lactosyl peptide also showed good growth-promoting effect at a concentration of 0.5 g/L. The above results provide an effective and practical method for the intensive breeding of wax gourd seedlings. |
