      【目的】研究饲料中添加黄芪多糖(Astragalus polysaccharides,APS)对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)生长性能、生化指标、抗氧化能力及肠道健康的影响。【方法】以初始体质量为(28.10±0.51)g的黄颡鱼为研究对象,取540尾黄颡鱼(28.1±0.51g)平均分成6组,分别饲喂添加0 mg/kg(CK组)、300 mg/kg(A组)、600 mg/kg(B组)、900 mg/kg(C组)、1200 mg/kg(D组)、1500 mg/kg(E组)黄芪多糖的试验饲料。饲养56 d后测定生长性能指标、血清生化指标、抗氧化指标、肝脏肠道消化酶活性及观察肠道结构。【结果】与CK组相比,饲料中添加300~1500 mg/kg黄芪多糖试验组增重率、特定生长率显著提高,饵料系数显著降低(P < 0.05),其中D组黄颡鱼的特定生长率显著提高29%、饵料系数显著降低32%(P < 0.05);血清生化结果显示,E组总胆固醇显著减低7%,总蛋白和白蛋白含量显著提高24%、20%(P < 0.05),其余各组酶活性无显著差异(P > 0.05);从抗氧化指标分析,在血清中C组过氧化氢酶显著提高62%,E组丙二醛含量显著降低21%(P < 0.05);肠道中D组过氧化氢酶显著提高124%,C组丙二醛含量显著降低59%(P < 0.05);肝脏中E组过氧化氢酶显著提高179%,D组丙二醛含量显著降低71%(P < 0.05);肠道和肝脏消化酶活性检测结果得出,试验组消化酶活性随APS水平的增加呈先增后降的趋势,在D组达到最高(P < 0.05),肠道切片中D组黄颡鱼绒毛长度和肌层厚度显著提高105%、44%(P < 0.05)。【结论】在黄颡鱼饲料中添加300 mg/kg~1500 mg/kg的APS能够提高其生长性能和抗氧化能力以及改善肠道健康,黄颡鱼饲料中APS的适宜添加量为1200 mg/kg。

      【Objective】The effect of adding Astragalus polysaccharides to feed on the growth performance, biochemical indicators, antioxidant capacity and intestinal health of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco .【Method】P. fulvidraco with an initial weight of (28.10 ± 0.51)g as the research object. 540 P. fulvidraco (28.1 ± 0.51g) were evenly divided into 6 groups. Six groups of experimental fish were fed with experimental feed supplemented with 0 mg/kg (CK), 300 mg/kg (Group A), 600 mg/kg (Group B), 900 mg/kg (Group C), 1200 mg/kg (Group D), and 1500 mg/kg (Group E) of Astragalus polysaccharides in the basic diet. Measure growth performance indicators, serum biochemical indicators, antioxidant indicators, liver and intestinal digestive enzyme activity, and observe intestinal structure after 56 days of feeding.【Result】Compared with the CK group, the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of the test groups with 300~1500 mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharides added to the feed were significantly increased, and the feed conversion ratio was significantly reduced (P < 0.05). Among them, the specific growth rate of the P. fulvidraco in group D was significantly increased by 29%, and the feed conversion ratio was significantly reduced by 32% (P < 0.05). The results of serum biochemical analysis showed that the total cholesterol in group E was significantly reduced by 7%, and the total protein and albumin contents were significantly increased by 24% and 20% respectively (P < 0.05), while there were no significant differences in the enzyme activities of the other groups (P < 0.05). From the analysis of antioxidant indicators, in the serum, the catalase activity in group C was significantly increased by 62%, and the malondialdehyde content in group E was significantly reduced by 21% (P < 0.05); in the intestine, the catalase activity in group D was significantly increased by 124%, and the malondialdehyde content in group C was significantly reduced by 59% (P < 0.05); in the liver, the catalase activity in group E was significantly increased by 179%, and the malondialdehyde content in group D was significantly reduced by 71% (P < 0.05). The results of digestive enzyme activity detection in the intestine and liver showed that the digestive enzyme activity of the test groups increased first and then decreased with the increase of APS level, reaching the highest in group D (P < 0.05). In the intestinal sections, the villus length and muscular layer thickness of the P. fulvidraco in group D were significantly increased by 105% and 44% respectively (P < 0.05).【Conclusion】The above experimental results indicate that adding an appropriate amount of APS to P. fulvidraco feed can improve its growth performance and intestinal health. The appropriate amount of APS added to P. fulvidraco feed is 1200 mg/kg.
