      以100份玉米自交系为材料,利用20%聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)高渗溶液模拟干旱胁迫环境,测定苗期株高、茎粗、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及过氧化物酶(POD)活性5项指标,以各性状值的抗旱系数为基础,采用模糊隶属函数法、主成分分析以及聚类分析进行抗旱等级评价。结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,玉米苗期株高降低,茎粗变细,生理指标也发生了明显变化。这100份自交系可分为5个抗旱等级,其中极抗旱材料32份,强抗旱材料22份,中等抗旱材料31份,弱抗旱材料13份,极弱抗旱材料2份,为这些自交系在抗旱玉米育种中的利用提供依据。
英文摘要:
      Principal component analysis, fuzzy clustering and fuzzy subordinate function were used to evaluate the drought tolerance of 100 maize inbred lines based on their performance with plant height, stem diameter in breeding, free proline content, malondialdehyde content and peroxides activity, under the conditions of well water and water-stressed simulated by 20% PEG 6 000. The result indicated that drought stress reduced of plant height and stem diameter, and influenced the physiological and biochemical indexes significantly. 100 maize varieties were divided into 5 categories according to cluster analysis: 32 very high drought-resistant lines, 22 high drought-resistant lines, 31 middle drought-resistant lines, 13 low drought-resistant lines and 2 drought-sensitive lines. These results will provide effective guide for breeding the hybrids tolerant to drought.
