| 改革开放以来，粮食流通体制曾经野几收几放冶。收和放是政府力量和市场力量博弈的结果。粮食流通体制的转变过程实质上是制度的变迁过程。市场主体行为选择和制度安排是否耦合，对制度变迁能否对市场主体的行为产生积极效应至关重要。将从新制度经济学角度探讨我国粮食流通体制改革问题，并据此提出粮食流通体制改革的路径。 |

| Since reform and opening, the grain circulation system has been alternately tension with relaxation. It is the game result between government and market. Essentially the transformation process of the grain circulation system is the process of institutional changes. That Institution Change will have a positive effect on market entity behaviors is fundamentally dependent on whether the selection of market entity behaviors and Institutional Arrangement is coupled. This paper analyses the problems of China爷s grain circulation system from the perspective of new institutional economics, also some path is made to solve the problem of China's grain circulation system reform. |
