      建立了豇豆中氟虫腈、啶虫脒、吡虫啉、多菌灵、克百威、3-羟基克百威、甲萘威、灭多威农药残留的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)测定方法。样品通过乙腈匀浆提取,在电喷电离方式(ESI)、多反应监测模式(MRM)下进行测定,基质配 标准溶液外标法定量。在优化试验条件下,该方法的线性范围为0.01~0.50 mg/L,相关系数r>0.99,定量限均为0.010mg/kg。在加标水平为0.02、0.05、0.10mg/kg时,方法的平均回收率范围为83.2%~108.0%,相对标准偏差范围为1.1%~9.2%,满足定量分析的要求。

      An ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometric method was established for the simultaneous determination the residues of 8 pesticides in Cowpea. The samples were processed by ultrasonic extraction with acetonitrile.The analysis was carried out by using electrospray ionization and ion monitoring components in the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) modes,employing the external standard method. Under optimum conditions, the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.01~0.50 mg/L and correlation coefficient r>0.99. The limits of quantitation (LOQ) for the eight pesticides were 0.010 mg/kg. The average recoveries of 8 pesticides were 83.2%~108.0% when the spiked levels were 0.02 mg/kg, 0.05 mg/kg and 0.10 mg/kg, with relative standard deviations(RSDs) in the range of 1.1%~9.2%.The method was could be used as liable means for simultaneous quantitative determination.
