      建立甘蔗生产农机具应用试验示范区,在甘蔗一个生产周期内的种植、中耕、砍收3个工作量最大、最繁重的环节,开展农机具应用试验。应用KF-100型多功能甘蔗种植机种植甘蔗,需工耗11.1工时/hm2,比传统人畜力种蔗工耗149.3工时/hm2效率提高12.5倍,节省生产成本817.4元/hm2;应用GZGZK-50型甘蔗中耕机进行苗期中耕,需工耗6.67工时/hm2,比传统人畜力中耕工耗141.5工时/hm2效率提高20.2倍,节省生产成本1 040.5元/hm2;应用机电一体化甘蔗收割机进行蔗茎收割,需工耗20工时/hm2,比传统徒手砍收工耗615工时/hm2效率提高29.75倍,节省生产成本7249.2元/hm2。甘蔗机械化生产比传统方式生产增产3.27t/hm2,增幅达4.5%。供试机具各项技术指标达到设计要求,规模生产可达到减轻劳动强度、高效、节省成本、增产等效果,适合在连片开阔的蔗地应用。但在试验中各机型均表现出一些不足之处,应进一步改进完善,以适应各种作业环境。
英文摘要:
      Bulid sugarcane pilot demonstration area for agricultural machinery application test. We carried out the test during the planting, cultivating and harvest links of sugarcane production cycle,among which,these three links meant the largest and most onerous workload. 11.1 working hours was needed for planting one hectare sugarcane if we used KF-100 multi-function sugarcane planting machine.Compared to the traditional human animal power, whose efficiency was 149.3 working hours per hectare, KF -100 improved the efficiency by 12.5 times and saved production cost of 817.4 yuan per hectare. As to intertillage stage,GZGZK-50 type sugarcane cultivator needed 6.67 working hours per hectare, while traditional human animal power took 141.5 working hours.The efficiency of GZGZK-50 was 20.2 times than the traditional way, and production cost of 1 040.5 yuan per hectare was saved; Mechanical and electronic integration sugarcane harvesting machine was used to cut the sugarcane stalk.And it 20 working hours per hectare.Compared to traditional freehand cut work, the efficiency was increased by 29.75 times and production cost of 7 249.2 yuan/hm2 was saved.While the freehand efficiency was 615 working hours per hectare. Sugarcane mechanization production yields of 3.27 tons/hm2 more than the conventional way, with an increase of 4.5%. Technical indicators of the selected machines meet the design requirements. Scale production, suitable for application in continuous open area, could be achieved to reduce labor intensity, improve efficiency, save costs, increase production, and so on. But in this test,each model also showed some shortcomings, which should be further improved,so as to adapt to varieties of operating environments.
