| 利用ISSR分子标记技术对引种到海南的14个薄荷种质资源进行遗传多样性分析，从100条ISSR 引物中选取12 条多态性好、重复性好、条带清晰的引物，对14份样品DNA 进行扩增，共得到276 条条带，其中多态性条带有272 条，多态性达98.32%，说明14 个薄荷种质资源间存在丰富的遗传变异。遗传相似系数介于0.5181~0.8732之间，平均为0.65。利用UPGMA 聚类分析，可在阈值为0.69处将其分为6大类。聚类结果与传统的形态分类法具有一致性。 |

| Genetic diversity of 14 varieties of Mentha introduced to Hainan was analyzed by ISSR markers. 12 primers with better polymorphism, high repeatability, clear strips were selected from 100 ISSR primers. The result showed that a total of 276 bands were detected from 14 samples of which 272 were polymorphic (98.32%), indicating that these cultivars had comparatively high genetic variation. The range of GS was 0.5181-0.8732 with an average of 0.65. And all the cultivars could be divided into 6 groups with the similarity coefficient at 0.69,by UPGMA method. The result of cluster analysis was consistent with that of traditional external appearance discrimination. |
