      应用正交设计法研究6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、激动素(KT)和噻苯隆(TDZ)3种植物生长调节剂对粤糖03-393茎尖分生组织诱导丛芽生长的影响。结果表明,3种因子对茎尖诱导丛芽成苗率的影响主次顺序为6-BA>TDZ>KT,最佳浓度组合为6-BA1.50mg/L、KT0.50 mg/L、TDZ 0.03 mg/L,但这3因子对成苗率影响的差异未达显著水平。从诱导出丛芽的壮苗率看,当6-BA浓度为1.00 mg/L时其茎尖诱导丛芽的壮苗率显著高于1.50mg/L和0.50mg/ 水平,而后两个水平之间无显著差异。
英文摘要:
      In this study, the effect of 6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA), kinetin(KT), thidiazuron(TDZ) in medium for tuftedudinduction from apical meristem of Yuetang 03-393 was analyzed by using orthogonal experiment design. The rate both of tufted-bud and of strengthen seedling after 30 days cultivation was respectively investigated. By means of visual analysis, the results indicated that the most important factor for the tufted-bud induction was 6-BA, followed by TDZ and KT; And the optimum consistency combination of three plant regulators in tufted-bud induction was 6-BA 1.50 mg/L袁KT 0.50 mg/L,TDZ 0.03 mg/L. But there was no significant difference among these three factors by the analysis of variance. What's more, when 6-BA is in 1.00 mg/L, the strengthen seedling rate is significantly higher than the rate both in 1.50 mg/L and in 0.50 mg/L.
