| 阐述了种业科技在种业发展乃至农业现代化中的重要作用，详细分析了我国种业科技发展的现状及存
在的问题，并通过与种业发达国家比较，探析我国种业科技水平较为低下的原因。并重点就各相关主体如何合理分
工、密切配合，构建符合现阶段实情的种业科技创新体系，进而推进我国种业科技进步提出了几点对策和建议。 |

| This paper expounds the critical significance of science and technology in development of seed industry and
agricultural modernization at first, then analyzes the current situation and problems of science and technology development
of seed industry in China. Through comparing with seed industry developed countries, we analyze the reasons why Chinese
scientific and technological level of seed industry is lower than other countries. At last, the authors give some advices to
each related entity about how to construct a innovation system of seed industry science and technology according to the
facts at the present with a rational division of labor and in a spirit of cooperation, then promote seed industry science and
technology development |
