| 在森的可行能力理论框架下，构建了农地城市流转后农户福利变化的指标体系，并运用模糊评价法测算了不同经济发展水平下农地城市流转后农户福利水平变化的情况。结果表明:(1)农地城市流转后农户福利水平有所下降，其模糊评价值从流转前的中间状态值0.5 下降到0.376;(2)除居住和生活条件有所改善外，家庭经济状况、社会保障、环境、参与自由及合理性和情感这5 项功能性活动均有不同程度的恶化，尤其是家庭经济状况和参与自由及合理性这两个指标;(3)经济发展水平较高的江夏区在农地城市流转后的农户福利水平显著低于经济发展水平较低的咸安区。 |

| In recent years, Fengshun county give full play to the advantage be richly endowed by nature, revolved round the
implementation of Characteristic Exquisite Strategy actively, integrate leisure and tourism to the agriculture, in order to create
tourism and leisure agricultural products, promote the development of fine-efficient agriculture. In this paper, we summarize the
development effectiveness of fine-efficient agriculture in Fengshun, analyze the existing problems to be solved in the process of
fine-efficient agriculture, and finally put forward to the countermeasures to speed up the fine-efficient agriculture. |
