| 探索了光照和土壤盐分条件对金叶接骨木和紫叶风箱果叶色变化的影响，分析了这两种植物叶片中叶
绿素( chl ) 及类胡萝卜素( car ) 含量的变化规律。 结果表明院遮光处理下，金叶接骨木在 20 d后叶色转绿，chl （a+b）与 car
含量的比值为 3. 1颐1，远高于处理第 1 d 的比值 1. 2颐1；紫叶风箱果在 50 d 后叶片呈现绿色，chl （a+b）与 car含量的比
值为 3. 4颐1，远高于 6月的比值 2. 3颐1，表明遮光处理均会影响金叶接骨木和紫叶风箱果的叶色表达。 在正常园林管
理、中盐土壤、高盐土壤这 3 个不同盐分的处理下，金叶接骨木 chl a含量随着盐分的升高而逐渐增加，叶色呈金黄
色；紫叶风箱果在中盐处理与正常园林管理下的各色素值变化趋势一致，而经过高盐处理后，chl a明显增加，部分叶
片枯萎呈黑色。 |
