      选择吉林省中熟组18 个品系和对照品种吉育86 为材料,采用随机区组设计。对产量相关的7个性状进行考种,并进行了相关性分析和聚类分析。我们发现单株粒重、单株荚数和单株粒数三者之间达到极显著正相关;底荚高度与单株荚数达到极显著负相关,与单株粒数达到显著负相关;株高与单株节数达到极显著正相关。聚类分析和各性状分布图,反映出这7个性状在不同类别间的优劣差异和性状间的相关性。采用相关性分析和聚类分析相结合的方法,明确了各产量性状之间的相关性,并更加直观地表现各品系产量相关性状的优劣,辅助优良品系决选,提高选择效率。
英文摘要:
      In this study, 18 medium maturity strains from Jilin province were selected as martials, and Jiyu 86 was control. All the martials were analyzed in a random block. We tested 7 yield traits, and dependability analysis and cluster analysis were applied. The result showed that there was significantly positive correlation among the grain weight per plant,pod number per plant and seed number. The bottom pod height and pod number per plant reached an extremely significant negative correlation, and also reached significant negative correlation with grain number per plant. The plant height and node number per plant reached extremely significant positive correlation. The cluster analysis and distribution diagram showed that there were unfit quality difference and traits correlation among the 7 traits. By using the methods of correlation analysis combined with clustering analysis, we could explicite the correlation between the yield character, select superior strains, and increase the selection efficiency.
