      以台湾金线莲为试验材料,研究不同栽培基质对台湾金线莲生长和生物产量的影响,以筛选适合金线莲生长的最优栽培基质。结果表明,金线莲茎生长和生物产量受栽培基质影响较大,且对鲜重的影响大于干重,其中以25%粗松树皮+75%进口泥炭土为栽培基质的金线莲生长最好,其生物产量高、茎粗长、节数多、根长且较多、叶片较多。相关性分析结果表明,金线莲干重与鲜重呈极显著的高度正相关,金线莲茎长、茎径、根长与生物产量关系极密切,通过选择合适栽培基质,能同时增加金线莲茎长、茎径和根长,提高生物产量。
英文摘要:
      In order to explore the suitable substrates for Anoectochilus roburghii, an experiment was carried out to study the effect of different substrates on development and yield of Anoectochilus roburghii. The results showed that the development and biomass of A. roburghii were very sensitive to substrates and fresh weight was more sensitive to substrates than dry weight. The growth of A. roburghii under treatment E was the best with the higher biomass, wider diameter and longer stem, more and longer root, more leaves. The results of correlation analysis indicated that the relationship between fresh weight and dry weight of A. roburghii was highly significant. The relationship between biomass and stem length, stem diameter and root length was very close and we could increase stem length, stem diameter and root length for improving biomass by the suitable substrate.
