      杜鹃属植物不仅是植被群落的重要组成部分,也是重要的观赏植物资源,人工繁殖与引种栽培对该属植物的种质保护与资源开发利用具有重要意义。从杜鹃属植物的种子繁殖、离体快繁和扦插繁殖等方面综合分析了该属植物的人工繁殖技术,并从国内外杜鹃属植物引种栽培现状以及引种栽培过程中幼苗的适应性研究等方面分析了该属植物的引种栽培概况,提出了加强资源的本底调查与评估、野生资源保护、构建人工繁殖体系以及杂交育 种促进产业化与种质创新是今后杜鹃属植物种质保护与资源开发利用的发展方向。
英文摘要:
      Plants of the genus Rhododendron L. are not only the important composition of vegetation and community, but also important ornamental resources. Artificial propagation, introduction and cultivation play important role in both of the species’germplasm conservation, exploitation and utilization. This review analyzed the artificial propagation technology of the genus Rhododendron L. in terms of seed propagation, in vitro and cutting propagation. Furthermore, the current introduction cultivation status at home and abroad, and seedling adaption of Rhododendron L. was also analyzed. A future direction of research on the germplasm conservation, resource exploitation and utilization was put forward, like strengthening resources background investigation and value assessment, wild resources protection, artificial propagation and scientifical studies to promote industrialization and germplasm innovation.
