      湛江水产品资源丰富,但加工比例低,且以冷冻粗加工为主,原料利用率低,加工技术科技含量低,设备自动化程度不高,加工过程中产品品质变化明显,水产品兽药残留现象突出,流通渠道单一。为了提高水产资源利用率,生产高附加值产品,促进产业快速发展,研究对比了国内外水产品加工现状,从资源利用率、加工技术、设备、销售流通渠道、安全等方面进行比较,分析了湛江未来水产品加工业高效、环保、高技术含量、多渠道的发展趋势。
英文摘要:
      Marine fishery resources are rich in Zhanjiang, but there are some deficiencies with processing rate,utilization, processing technology, automation, quality control, the residue of veterinary drug and circulation channels. To improve the utilization rate of aquatic resources, produce high value-added products and promote the industry development rapidly, the status of aquatic products processing at domestic and abroad is compared. The resource utilization rate, processing technology, equipment, marketing channels and security are compared. The future development trend is efficient, environment friendly, high-tech and multi-channel processing for Zhanjiang爷s aquatic products industry.
