| 探讨在传统农业向现代农业转变过程中，劳动力转移的困境、条件及方向，有利于促进农业的发展。应用”二元冶经济理论，分析农业的增长源于农业产业的自身发展，就业的增加及人力资本的积累。 现代农业发展过程中农业内部的分工细化、市场的扩大，可以使农业能有效地吸纳劳动力，提高生产效率，实现农业的增长。 我国应该大力发展现代农业，拓展农业分工和发展的纬度，增加人力资本投入，有效地实现农村劳动力的产业内转移。 |

| It is helpful to promote the development of agriculture to discuss the difficulties, condition anddirection of labor transfer in the process of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. This article used Dualeconomy theory, found that agricultural development came from agricultural industry's own development, increasingemployment and accumulation of human capital. The refining division and expansion of market could make agricultureabsorb labor effectively, to improve the production efficiency and realize agricultural growth. It was proposed that ourcountry should vigorously develop modern agriculture, expand the latitude of division of labor, increase human capitalinvestment and realize the industry transfer of rural labor force effectively. |
