      通过砂培盆栽试验与田间缺钾 (速效钾含量为 95.2 mg/kg)试验,对香蕉苗期耐低钾基因型的筛选 指标进行研究。 结果显示,低钾条件下的地上部绝对生物量与相对生物量(0.025/2.50)、钾积累量和钾利用指数 KUI 极显著相关;砂培条件下 9 叶期幼苗的地上部绝对生物量、相对生物量和钾利用指数与田间产量呈著正 相关。 研究表明,以香蕉苗期地上部相对和绝对生物量、钾利用指数和吸钾量作为指标筛选耐低钾香蕉基因型 是一条行之有效的途径。

      The suitable screening indices of low -potassium tolerance genotypes in banana were studied bydeterming genotypic differences in dry matter and associated traits at the seedling stage in sand culture andpotassium-deficient sandy soi (95.2 mg/kg) cwtrue. Correlation analysis showed that the shoot relative dry weight,shoot K absorption amount and shoot K utilization index were highly significantly correlated with shoot absolute dryweight under the K-deficient media. The shoot relative dry weight, shoot absolute dry weight and shoot K utilizationindex were significantly correlated with the field yield in a potassium-deficient sandy soi.
