| 平茬、破垄、施肥、覆膜作业是宿根甘蔗高产栽培的重要管理环节。 在吸收前人研究的基础上，研
制了一种 2CLF-1 型宿根甘蔗平茬破垄覆膜联合作业机。 该机能一次性完成平茬、破垄、施肥、覆膜等工序。 对
样机的结构特点和工作原理进行了分析，对关键部件进行了创新设计，并对样机的主要性能指标进行了测试，
测试结果表明：该机各项指标达到了设计要求，效率高、性能稳定、成本低。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Stubble cutting, ridge-breaking, fertilizer application and film-covering are important operations forratoon sugarcane management to obtain a high yield of sugarcane. A 2CLF -1 ratoon sugarcane field managingmachine capable of complete these four operations in one pass was designed and manufactured. The prototype sstructural characteristics and principle of work were analyzed, and designs on key components were made. Fieldtesting was conducted to test main performance indexes. Testing results showed that all indexes tested reached designrequirement and the prototype was efficient, low cost and stable in performance. |
